Stress
Almost everyone has some sort of stress, whether it is from work, school, or just everyday life. For work, you may have stress because you don’t know whether or not you can finish all of your projects and assignments. The stress for school comes from trying to get A’s. In everyday life, we have to make many decisions and that amounts to stress.
So we have this huge amount of stress, but how can we cope with it?
There are plenty of things that you can do. You can go outside and play a sport. You can hang out with friends and family. You can listen to some music and let your mind just relax. You can also go and watch a movie. Basically all you need to do is take a step back from all the work.
